Facility activity deposit

PLEASE READ: By making this deposit you are reserving a 90 minute craft activity session with Crafted-Fl. This is a non refundable deposit.  The remainder of the amount due is payable on the day of the event.   If you need to change the date we will make every effort to accommodate.  If you cancel at anytime this deposit will not be refunded. Crafted-Fl reserves the right to cancel at any time.  At which you will receive a full refund.
